They went above and beyond by accommodating our late check-in and even served us a meal at midnight. Their own agency for organizing excursions made our trip planning effortless. I liked the facility, but especially the staff, they were super nice and made us feel Like home. I loved the kitchen on the back by the pool. We were able to warm up our food and there were free tea and coffee 24/7. It just felt like home. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly they were amazing. The breakfast was simple but good enough. My partner was sick during the stay, and Jose was very helpful. He gave a medicine that could help bad symptoms. The hotel is very new. Everything is super clean. I recommend this place. It is also quiet during the night, unlike hostels near the oasis.
