it was my 2nd time here and we will definitely come back. Nice, quiet, relaxing place. Comfortable, very clean apartment equipped with everything we needed. The host is very kind and helpful. Montepulciano parking spots are within a few minutes by car. Very good location if you want to wonder around Tuscany and Umbria. Don't miss to taste the house's own wines and olive oil, they are high quality. I bet you will take home a few bottles :)

We do not say it often but to this place we will definitely come back. Place where you feel so comfortable like a second home. All is made with love and smile on the faces of Marco and Christelle. The owners are very hospitable and warm-hearted. Our highlight next to the sence of humor of the owners, was a home made breakfast, best we had in Tuscany. Almost everything is made by themselves using local products. Moreover you can enjoy this outstanding breakfasts with a stunning view of Tuscany landscape. Lovely room and bathroom with all equipment you need. The hosts are very helpful and gave us some recommendations of great restaurants or place to visit. They produce a very tasty olive oil that you can directly buy. Thank you Christelle and Marco for these wonderfu days at your lovely place.l

Don't miss out on this hidden gem! Having traveled in Italy for a few weeks, we choose Agriturismo Merigge for a relaxing stay before heading to Rome. We were greeted by the most gracious hosts that attended to our every need in a very warm manner, we felt truly cared for. The freshly grown organic delights are made with love, and do not disappoint, be sure to enjoy the bruschetta! The pool with a view of Montepulciano is located in a serene area on the grounds and offers a lovely location to relax. By the end we felt like friends with the owners and were truly sad to go.

One of the most beautiful accommodations I’ve ever been to. The location is incredible with views of Montepulciano, best enjoyed from the hot tub in the yard :) The room was super spacious, nice touches all over, nothing to complain about. Definitely take advantage of the winery tour included in the price of the stay, it was great. All of the staff were nice, welcoming and very helpful. I will absolutely come back to Salchetto.
